Telephone Integrator (MSCRM Addon)

 Today I will talk about a very basic telephone integrator that you can use in any MS CRM instance, it has a telephone simulator as well.


Step1: Go to the website http://www.mscrm-addons.com and create an account.

Step2: Verify your email id then log in and go to the below URL to download the telephone integrator which is suitable for your organization.

Step3: Download the Client as well as the Server version.

Step4: First install the server version, it will take around 40 50 min to configure itself with your CRM Organization.



Step5: You will get the below screen, here you can select the entities where you want telephone integration works, which means when you get a call, the add-on will search for the records with the same numbers on those entities.



Step6: Select the plugins to want to work with the add-on, you can select only one as a default.



Step7: If you get the below error then follow step8 or skip to step9.



Step8: Go to phone and modem and configure it by giving some basic details.



Step9: At the end of the setup you will see the below screen.



Step10: Right-click on the tray icon of the phone integrator and select Setup.



Step11: Select simulation Ã  Simulator and enter any phone number here to simulate an incoming call.



Step12: If you have any record associated with the number will show up.
 


Step13: Call will be started and a phone call activity will be created in the system.
